NASA SEWP V Strategic Marketplaces & Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)

A Strategic Marketplace (hereafter referred to as Marketplace) is an offering that provides a snapshot of products, solutions and/or services as defined by an Agency's requirements and availability on the SEWP V Contracts. (The term "Strategic Storefronts" will be used in SEWP VI, similar to the constructs of "Strategic Marketplaces.")

A Marketplace is created by defining a set of objective filters that can be applied to the overall SEWP Database of Record. Filters may be Contract Holder based such as business size, socioeconomic status, approved resellers, etc. Filters can also include Contract Line Item (CLIN) attributes such as TAA compliance and EPEAT (Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool) level; and product / brand name, technical specifications, standards-based requirements, etc.
