To request a NASA SEWP speaker, fill out the Speaker Request Form. This form asks for logistics about the event (date, time, location, audience, topic, etc.). The Speaker Request Form requires a specific date and topic to be entered, however flexibility in scheduling helps immensely in securing a speaker and should be noted in the comments section. Submitted requests will automatically be sent to the Speaker Coordinator for review and follow-up. Please submit requests 6-8 weeks before the event. We look forward to working with you.

Ms. Joanne Woytek is the Program Director for the NASA SEWP Program. Ms. Woytek manages the strategic direction, planning and operations of SEWP - the premier Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing Federal Agencies access to the latest in Information, Communication and Audio-Visual Technology solutions. Ms. Woytek is a 45+ year veteran at NASA. From SEWP’s inception, over thirty years ago, through to the present, Ms. Woytek continues to be the key figure in the continuing evolution of the program. Ms. Woytek is an ACT/IAC Fellow and Board member, an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), AFCEA and Elected Customer Member Representative for The Open Group Governing Board. Among her many accolades she is a two-time Federal 100 awardee and has received numerous awards including Acquisition Improvement Awards, Customer Service Excellence Award, Coalition for Government Procurement’s Lifetime Acquisition Excellence Award, MAGIC Acquisition Excellence Award, and the ITPA Government Industry Cooperation Award. Prior to SEWP, Ms. Woytek supported NASA’s scientific missions focused on systems administration, database management, and user application programming.

Ms. Theresa Kinney; Senior Deputy Program Director/Manager for the NASA SEWP Program Office. Ms. Kinney manages the strategic direction, planning and operations of SEWP - a premier Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing Federal Agencies access to the latest in Information Technology & Communication and Audio-Visual Technology solutions. Ms. Kinney is a 20+ year veteran to NASA. In this capacity, she is the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the SEWP Program overseeing 190+contracts. Ms. Kinney is an ACT/IAC Fellow and Board member, an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and Board Member for ATARC. Ms. Kinney was the winner of the Federal 100 award for 2022, for her work with Supply Chain Risk policies and requirements. She prepared NASA’s first Working Capital Fund (WCF) business case and worked to fit the WCF model within the framework of the existing SEWP architecture while insuring continuation of NASA’s Executive agent designation from Office of Management and Budget (OMB). A native of Montana, Ms. Kinney graduated with academic honors from Strayer University in Maryland. Mr. George Nicol is the Deputy Program Director of Contract Holders and Industry Relations for the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) Program Office. In this capacity, he oversees the CHRM Team, which responds to daily requests from SEWP Contract Holders, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations and monitor their day-to-day performance.
Mr. Nicol joined the SEWP Program in May 2007, serving initially as the SEWP Outreach coordinator, scheduling SEWP customer meetings, and assisting with the program’s marketing and outreach efforts. In 2009, he joined the CHRM team and took on the role of Deputy CHRM Manager where he began assisting with managing SEWP Contract Holders. In January 2013, he became the Manager, leading a team of four responsible for tracking Contract Holder Performance and coordinating Contract Holder and customer order issue resolution. During his time at SEWP, he also served as the COR for the 190+ SEWP contracts. He was also recognized as an FCW Rising Star in 2020.
Mr. Nicol became the Deputy Program Director in January 2023 and continues to lead Contract Holder and Industry engagement. Mr. Nicol holds a bachelor's degree from Temple University and is an ACT-IAC fellow and a member of NCMA.
