Speaker Information
The Speaker Request form asks for logistics about the event (date, time, location, audience, topic, etc.), and also requires a topic to be entered. Flexibility in scheduling helps immensely in securing a speaker and should be noted in the comments section. Submitted requests will automatically be sent to the Speaker Coordinator for review and follow-up. Please submit requests 6-8 weeks before the event to allow for adequate planning but the program may be able to accommodate shorter lead times.

Ms. Joanne Woytek is the Program Director for the NASA SEWP Program. Ms. Woytek manages the strategic direction, planning, and operations of SEWP - the premier Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing Federal Agencies access to the latest in Information, Communication and Audio-Visual Technology solutions. Ms. Woytek is a 45+ year veteran to Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in Greenbelt, Maryland. Among her many accolades, she is a two-time Federal 100 awardee.

Theresa Kinney, Senior Deputy Program Director/Manager at NASA SEWP Program Office, leads the strategic direction, operations, and planning for SEWP, a premier Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) offering cutting-edge Information Technology & Communication and Audio-Visual Technology solutions to Federal Agencies. With over 20+ years of experience at NASA, Ms. Kinney serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the SEWP Program and holds key roles in ACT/IAC, NCMA, and ATARC and received the Federal 100 award in 2022. A Montana native, she graduated with honors from Strayer University and holds a master's Certificate in Federal Contracting from George Washington University.

Biography
Mr. George Nicol is the Deputy Program Director for Contract Holder & Industry Relations for the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) Program Office and has also served as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the SEWP Contracts. In this capacity, he leads the CHRM Team, which responds to daily requests from Contract Holders ensuring that they meet their obligations as well as monitoring their day-to-day performance. In January 2023, he became the Deputy Program Director and continues to lead the program's monitoring of Contract Holder and Industry engagement. Mr. Nicol is also an ACT-IAC fellow and NCMA member.
