Contract Holders

SEWP is composed of a set of pre-competed contracts. The selection and award of the SEWP VI contracts is complete and the ordering period will begin on November 1, 2026.

The SEWP VI contracts are five-year contracts with one five-year option and are due to end October 31, 2036. Additional Contract Holders may be awarded after the initial competition through an on-ramp process, the on-ramp process will be formally announced through SAM.GOV will be first considered in year X of the contract.

If your company is a current SEWP Prime Contract Holder, you can request access to your company's portal on the Contract Holder Only Page by contacting your company's SEWP Program Manager.

Industry Providers

When using SEWP, a Provider is considered an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Manufacturer, and/or Service Provider that supports our Prime Contract Holders.

If your company has products or services that you wish to add to a current SEWP VI contract or if you would like to partner with an existing Contract Holder, please contact one or more of our Contract Holders and determine what opportunities are available.

There are currently more than 10,000 active providers available on SEWP through our Prime Contract Holders. Please search our Provider Look-Up to review the list of providers already on contract. Our Contract Holders can add new providers to their contract within one business day.

Current providers are able to review which Contract Holders currently offer their solutions/services and learn other insights by accessing the SEWP Provider Only Page (PROP).
